Roman A. Holton

CEO and Executive Producer


Roman Holton is an award-winning Producer/Director. His vast portfolio includes short and long videos and documentaries across a myriad of topics and forms of distribution.

Mr. Holton has worked extensively with corporations, non-profits, and federal agencies including the Executive Office of the White House, FDA, Naval Supply Systems Command, DLA, DHS/TSA, DOD, CDC, Johns Hopkins, TV-One, National School Boards Association, Smithsonian Institutions, U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, National PTA, American Association of School Administrators, and The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and many additional clients

He also produced the syndicated news magazine program Hispanic Business Today, which aired nationwide on NBC affiliated networks.

Adam DeLuca
Senior Editor and Chief Creative


Adam DeLuca is an expert digital video editor, multi-media/motion graphics designer, producer, cinematographer, sound engineer, photographer, and storyteller. Adam has mastered the full Adobe suite—Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Captivate, Audition (sound design software)—as well as various other multimedia tools. Adam’s extensive work history includes projects for FDA, CDC, DHS, TSA, Naval Supply Systems Command, Johns Hopkins University, Smithsonian Institutions, National Geographic, American Association of School Administrators, Defense Logistics Agency, and many more. Adam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Media and Film from Towson University.

David Arpee
IT Director/Purchasing Manager/Production Manager


David is responsible for RMW’s Information Technology strategy and development. He oversees purchasing, production management, logistics, and quality control.

David’s career in Information Technology and Wireless Communications began in the U.S. Army Signal Corps, serving in the U.S., Germany, and Saudi Arabia for the duration of Operation Desert Storm. During the course of his career, he amassed more than 25 years of experience in information technology and wireless communications. David has worked in a variety of management roles, including IT Manager of the Eastern Region of WorldCom Broadband Solutions and project manager for web design, application development and systems integration projects. David holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Masters in International Information and Communications.

Warren Baise

Producer


Warren is a Producer for creative content, coordinator for live and virtual events, and strategist for business development. He works with associations, corporations, non-profits, government agencies, and technical and educational organizations on scripting, production, live television broadcast events, streaming video, sponsored documentaries, and industrial training.

Warren served as Executive Producer for the Veterans Day eight-hour live webcast Telethon from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial. He produced the first international video conference for the American Heart Association’s Scientific Sessions in over 500 locations, simultaneously interpreted into six languages and managed a two-way international videoconference for the President of Angola to negotiate directly with members of the United States House of Representatives, Foreign Relations Committee, on the continuation of foreign aid. The Washington Post called this use of technology “historic”.

Yehuda Goldman

Creative Director


Yehuda is the president of Blue Shark Creative. With hands in everything creative, he enthusiastically approaches each project with a fresh, curious, and open mind. Yehuda consistently delivers world-class media and content—all through maximizing the imaginative strength of client collaboration with seamless teamwork.

His diverse career draws on his experience writing and directing award-winning content from the sea to space—producing underwater films with the legendary Jacques Cousteau to filming rocket launches at Cape Canaveral. Notable work covers a range from television series to interviewing presidents, politicians, Fortune 500 executives, and military heroes.

Yehuda is a multidisciplinary creative leader and strategic thinker. He is driven to make ideas better and is passionate about tapping into emotion to bring stories to life.

David Conner

Creative Director/Digital


David is the President of VR Creative Concepts and has more than 20 years of experience working as an executive creative director and producer in digital and communications strategy. He oversees conceptualization, development, and implementation across all strategic digital and virtual initiatives. His expertise covers emerging digital platforms and technologies, strategic partnerships, and overall digital strategies to drive marketing, communications, and brand awareness. He has created award-winning digital platforms for well-known clients such as Audi, Hilton Worldwide, Wyndham, AFLAC, Computer Science Corporation, Galderma, AARP, American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC), Wine and Spirits Wholesalers of America (WSWA), Kadmon, US Army National Guard, US EPA, Baltimore Gas and Electric, WE Energies, and many more.

Connie St. John
Communications Specialist/Social Media Strategist


Connie St. John is President of the St. John Consulting Group and CEO of No Weapon Productions™ (NWP), a company that specializes in family-friendly film and television programming, stage plays and live events. Through St. John Consulting Group, Connie works with cultural influencers in leadership development, communications, strategic planning, diversity & inclusion awareness and training, and employee engagement.

A corporate and entertainment specialist, Connie launched the marketing department for the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) and served as a senior executive for Oprah/Harpo Productions, Turner Broadcasting System, and Columbia TriStar Television, while also consulting for Universal Studios and Time Warner Cable.

Aislinn Shofi
Social Media Content Curator and Designer


Aislinn Shofi is a social media specialist with expertise in online content and video publishing. Her work includes social media strategy and coordination, media buys, campaign monitoring, influencer partnerships, photography, video, blogs, PR releases, and content curation. Aislinn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Media, Arts, & Design with a concentration in Creative Advertising from James Madison University.
